This years PAC-8 all-star ballot will feature five members of your California Golden Bears. The Bears announced today that seniors John-Paul McNicholas and Peter Kler, and freshmen Jake White, Justin Tetyevsky, and Jacob Geskin were all nominated to represent Cal on the 2012 ballot.

The Cal Golden Bears came to play Thursday night, beating the Stanford University Cardinals 11-6 in the 2011 &#8220;Big Freeze&#8221; at the Oakland Ice Center. Freshman defenseman Justin Tetyevsky started the scoring less than three minutes in with his first career collegiate goal, and Junior winger Tim Linehan lead the way with a total of four goals on the night.
